Professional biography
Andrej founded Albrecht Apps GmbH to help manufacturers and product teams make the early technical decisions that determine whether a connected-device prototype becomes a reliable product. His work spans the full chain, including device communication, Android applications, backend systems, and cloud integration. He focuses on architecture decided before code. In parallel, his Munich Business School MBA thesis, “Qualitative Research on Financial OKRs and Their Role in Self-Financed Scaling of Tech-Startups”, examined how financial OKRs support profit-driven scale without external capital. That research received the inaugural DGOR Research Award 2025 and informs the Scaling Maturity™ framework for self-financed tech startups.
