- Shape a lightweight process that fits each project instead of forcing one
- Make progress and risks visible to everyone involved
What you bring
- Experience as Scrum Master or agile coach in software teams
- A pragmatic view of agile practice, adapted to small teams
- Clear, calm communication with engineers and clients
- A completed academic degree, or equivalent professional experience
- English and German at B2 level or better
- Residence in Germany
