AI Developer (Data Science, Machine Learning, Foundation Models) (m/f/d)

Remote in Germany Full-time or part-time Mid to senior

You turn data and foundation models into product features that hold up in production. You have done real data science work, trained or fine-tuned models, and you know when a foundation model API is the right tool and when it is not.

What you'll do

  • Design and build AI features for connected products, from prototype to production
  • Work with foundation models: prompting, evaluation, fine-tuning, integration
  • Build data pipelines and evaluation setups that make model behavior measurable
  • Translate model behavior into clear product and architecture decisions

What you bring

  • Experience in data science and machine learning (Python ecosystem)
  • Hands-on work with foundation models: APIs, open-weight models, fine-tuning
  • The habit of validating with data before shipping
  • A completed academic degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • English and German at B2 level or better
  • Residence in Germany

Nice to have

MLOps / model deployment Mobile or embedded inference Vector search / RAG Cloud platforms
