How do users discover new features after launch without nagging?

Post-launch feature discovery should happen in context, not through modal storms on cold start. Use small badges where the new feature relates to a screen users already open, and link release notes from settings. For BLE products, show a prompt after a successful reconnect or OTA, not while setup is still fragile.
