How do you secure OTA update channels end to end?

Direct answer

Secure OTA channels by signing artifacts, verifying them in the bootloader, delivering over TLS, and revoking compromised keys through staged rollout controls. Keep beta and production keys separate. For example, a gateway fleet can pause rollout if version spikes suggest sideloading or a bad release cohort.
