How should teams interpret a connected product launch readiness score?

Direct answer

Treat a connected product launch readiness score as a prioritized backlog, not a pass or fail exam. Weak connectivity testing, OTA gates, or support telemetry matter more than polish on secondary screens. Re-run the score after firmware, permission, or gateway changes. For example, a new Android scan permission can turn a green setup flow red.
