What BLE throughput should you plan for large config or log transfers?

Plan BLE transfers from measured throughput, not theoretical radio rates. Connection interval, MTU, DLE, notification pacing, and application acknowledgements all change results. For a 500 KB log export or firmware patch, design progress, timeout, and resume checkpoints so walking away from the device does not restart the whole transfer.
